My name is Chaimaa El Bakraoui, I am 22 years old, I got my English Linguistics university degree back in 2020, I worked before as a customer service agent, I am an eager to take on challenges and exciting opportunities.

I can describe my self as a person who is always commercially aware and always focus on providing an outstanding customer service to my clients, and my main strengths are my innovative Problem-solving skills and my flexibility and supportive approach to working.
