About me
I am writing to express my interest in the Duty Manager position recently advertised online. With Three
years Banking ,Fifteen years customer service and Five years experience working in the hotel industry I
believe I have the needed skills to excel in the position. I keep guests happy while ensuring that their
needs are met through using excellent customer service principles.
As a supervisor for other staff I oversee them to ensure everything runs smoothly during my shift. If
presented with a situation in which a staff member is experiencing difficulty with a particular guest I
step in and make things better. My combined education and experience within the hospitality industry
make me an excellent choice. I pay attention to detail while ensuring the hotel runs smoothly in all of its
operations. Additionally I am flexible and am willing and able to work on short notice in an emergency
situation to cover any shift. With me in the Duty Manager Role l will be gaining a valuable asset to your
hotel management team.
